Shipping Information:

When you place your order, you will then be prompted to decide what your preferred shipping method is. Once you have chosen all the replacement parts you need, you can then decide how quickly you need them. We will combine all parts as best as possible to keep your shipping costs low, but be sure to include all parts in one order to get the best shipping price possible.

Processing Time:

Most orders are shipped within one business day (24 hours) of order placement. Same day shipments are possible, depending on the time of day and your location.

Please note these are average delivery times during business days. Some items may arrive sooner or later than listed in the chart above. All times apply to the continental countries only.Remote address or islands will take longer.

Any guarantees made in shipping times is made by the carrier, not ORIWHIZ. If you want a more accurate delivery time, you can log on,, to enter your exact location to get a more accurate delivery date. Any delays in receiving your order are due to carrier delays or incorrect or missing shipping information. Please double check the shipping address you enter to ensure on-time delivery. All shipping options include delivery confirmation. Express shipping includes signature delivery.

Multiple Orders:

If you will be ordering multiple parts, to save on shipping, it is best to combine all orders into one. Each parcel carries with it a standard rate fee whereas an order placed at a later time will be shipped separately and incur additional shipping fees. 

Processing Time:

We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. In most cases we dispatch the same day. When you place your order, please consider if it is the weekend or late in the day when calculating arrival times for your order.

Please see shipping chart and find "Get shipping estimates" enter your country name/State(Province)/Zip(Postal)Code,it will estimate if your location is free shipping or not.


Will I get tracking details?

Yes, you will be emailed tracking details once your item has been dispatched. We will email the address you provide when you placed your order. This allows you to keep track of where your order is at all times, and resolve any issues with the DHL directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we have many orders from international customers and ship all over the world including, USA,Canada, Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.

Can I get my order sent to a PO Box?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes all the time. Just make sure to include the PO box in your shipping information, which may or may not be the same as your billing address. Also, if there is a four or more digit extension for the zip code, please include that as well; most times it actually speeds up shipping

Do you ship to a APO / FPO address?

Yes, we have many orders from military personnel posted in various locations, can easily ship your order directly to you.

What if I provided an incorrect address?

You as the customer are responsible for providing the correct shipping address to ensure you receive your parts in a timely manner. Typically when this happens, we will receive the item back as undeliverable. If an item gets returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you may be charged additional shipping charges for us to send it a second time. Please double-check to ensure that the address you provide is correct and up-to-date.

Payment Information:

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB. 

For distributors/dealers/trading company, we also support T/T or Bank Transfer from company account to company account.
